We had a busy few months at Spuds Marquee Hire, providing marquees to multiple Field Day events throughout August and September. The Field Days are designed to highlight the rich produce and livestock of the region and promote new developments in the farming industry.
As part of these Field Days, we supplied and set up multiple types of marquees, including clear marquees that were 9 metres by 6 metres.
Spud’s Marquee Hire first visited the North Wheatbelt in Mingenew at the start of August on the 8th and 9th, where we were responsible for supplying and setting up marquees large and small for a wide array of clients. Some of the events at the Mingenew Field Day included:
Next up, Spud’s visited Dowerin in the Central Wheatbelt at the end of August, where we assisted a large range of clients, including banks, car dealers and other small displays, in setting up and supplying marquees.
The event, which ran over the 28th and 29th of August, included:
The final Field Day event was held in Newdegate at the start of September. The small town, which is east of Lake Grace and has a population of 150 people, has been hosting Field Days since 1972.
The Newdegate Field Day, which was held on the 4th and 5th of September, included:
Spuds Marquee are proud supporters of all of the Field Day events and are pleased to see that the events keep growing every year. These are great events that not only promote the best of our WA regional towns but also showcase all that the amazing people who live in these locations have to offer. Contact us for your next event.
